IT Director

SPX Cooling Tech, LLC is seeking an IT Director to lead our global engineering systems team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and driving standard processes, roadmaps, and execution for the Global IT Engineering Systems department.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience, proficiency in engineering systems, and expertise in PLM, CAD, product configurators design and integration. Additionally, they should have experience with ERP and Commercial solutions, as well as knowledge of application development, Web, and mobile development. Advanced understanding of data principles, architecture, and infrastructure is also essential.

This role requires strong leadership skills, including performance management, employee career development, department goals, and strategic direction. The successful candidate will be able to effectively analyze department and business needs, establish priorities, and execute feasibility studies, system design, and implementation of assigned IT projects. They will also be responsible for global budget management, Business Relationship, and Vendor Management.
