Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current and unrestricted license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut or the ability to obtain.
- Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to assess health needs of patients and to perform nursing care in a safe, caring manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of acute care nursing experience
- BSN or ADN/ASN and actively enrolled in a BSN program
- Certification in relevant unit-specific areas
- Level II or higher SCN OR Labor & Delivery OR Postpartum mother/baby with willingness to cross-train to L&D or SCN upon hire
- Experience with Epic system.
