**Role Responsibilities:**
Engage, entertain, and interact with guests while delivering a distinctive dining experience. You will primarily operate in the front of the restaurant, preparing and cooking meals on hibachi grills right before the guests. Ensure that food portions are accurately prepared and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and hibachi stations. Prepare and organize food items for cooking and side dishes.
**Required Qualifications:**
A minimum of 1 year of cooking experience is essential.
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during high-pressure situations.
**Strong aptitude for entertaining and performing in front of guests is highly valued.**
Must work collaboratively as part of a team and appreciate the significance of each member's contribution to the guest experience.
Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledgeable about the appropriate equipment to use.
Understanding of industry standards regarding food storage and handling is greatly preferred.
Demonstrate sound judgment and possess effective problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality field is required.
Possession of a state and/or local food handlers card is preferred where applicable.
Must be at least 18 years of age or comply with state regulations.
A High School diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Availability to work various shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends is essential. **Overtime may be required.**
