Wholesale Insurance Broker

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Broker to join our team at USG Insurance Services, Inc. As an Inside Broker, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and brokers, while strategically placing commercial accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Review and assess commercial insurance submissions to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with our team to identify and negotiate the best insurance markets for our clients, ensuring optimal coverage and pricing.
• Drive lead generation through proactive outreach and relationship-building with brokers and clients.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of client and broker interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, with a proven track record of success in account management and marketing.
• Current Property & Casualty (P&C) License is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and brokers.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
