Job Summary:Maximum Services Inc. is seeking a qualified Earthwork Supervisor to fill a key role in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing earthwork and grading projects, ensuring they are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of construction drawings and the ability to read and comprehend survey grade stakes.
- Supervise and direct a 3-7 person crew, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Work safely, observing company policies, OSHA Regulations, job hazard analysis (JHA), site-specific requirements, and rules.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports, including timecards, equipment and personnel tracking, and construction photos.
- Operate heavy equipment with proficiency for earthwork and grading projects as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be responsible for company vehicle and tools/equipment.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills, and be willing to work individually and with a team.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in supervision of excavating/earthwork construction work.
