Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time Night Nurse to join our team, providing direct nursing care to residents in a 24-hour operation. The successful candidate will possess a strong positive attitude toward customer service, a genuine interest in geriatric care, and the ability to motivate and maintain relationships with staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents as assigned, including administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, and obtaining specimens as needed.
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, family/social activities, and promote an independent lifestyle.
  • Initiate individual plans of care based on health care goals, physician's orders, and nursing assessments.
  • Record vital signs, nourishment logs, and other patient records as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for resident comfort and convenience.
  • Respond to all call lights promptly and maintain continuous communication with physician and D.O.N.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Nurse with a current State of Missouri license.
  • Strong positive attitude toward customer service and a genuine interest in geriatric care.
  • Ability to motivate and maintain relationships with staff and residents.
