General Surgeon Opportunity in Virginia

We are seeking a skilled General Surgeon to provide locums coverage in Virginia. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a regional healthcare network comprising over 8,000 staff members and 500 employed medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general surgery coverage in a clinic and emergency department setting
  • See 18-20 patients per day in clinic and admit 1-2 patients per day to the emergency department
  • Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and trauma cases
Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
  • VA License preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care
