Job Title:

Server Team Member

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per yearAbout the Role:

Serving others is a key aspect of this role as a Server on our team. As a Server, you will master the art of creating an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and making unforgettable memories with guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverage to guests according to their orders and/or banquet menu
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
  • Replenish food and beverage products
  • Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking guests' identification
  • Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs
  • Break down and clean/sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment
  • Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
  • Ensure security of company assets
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a server or in a food service role preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
  • Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
