JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking skilled Electricians with varying levels of expertise, ranging from entry-level apprentices to seasoned professionals with over a decade of industrial experience. These full-time positions offer opportunities for overtime and comprehensive benefits. We welcome candidates with any level of electrical experience.
Our standard working hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime on Saturdays. Night shifts may be available based on operational demands, though they are not mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and evaluate electrical and electronic systems, circuits, and equipment.
- Set up wire ways, conduits, and cable trays, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and/or NEC standards.
- Execute basic connections of utility wires and demonstrate an understanding of electrical circuit functionality.
- Thread conduit and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Utilize essential hand tools and measuring instruments effectively.
- Maintain all tools in optimal working condition.
- Conduct regular housekeeping to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Promote workplace safety by participating in safety meetings, wearing appropriate protective gear, and adhering to quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tools Utilized: Basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Certifications: A vocational or technical degree in electrical work or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Education/Experience: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to read and understand moderately complex instructions, write simple notes, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Attendance Expectations: Regular attendance during scheduled shifts and availability for overtime as needed.
- Physical Requirements: The role involves standing, kneeling, crouching, and using hands for more than two-thirds of the time, with approximately one-third of the time spent walking and communicating.
*We are looking for Electricians at all experience levels, from one year to over ten years. Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
