We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team at the Community Health Center Network. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the technical operations and maintenance of our data center and network connectivity, with a focus on managed care system services.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical operations and maintenance of the data center, including servers, local area network, internet, VOIP, SFTP, fax, security, and e-mail systems.
- Proactive system monitoring of systems, servers, and data center environment.
- Performing backups of network operating systems and data, critical applications, and data reporting systems, and ensuring safekeeping of backup data.
- Security and access control of IT systems, solutions, and partners.
- Escalation-level troubleshooting of service desk issues surrounding printing, telephone, voice mail, SFTP, electronic faxing systems, and other systems.
- Technical operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the EZ-Cap MSO Hardware/OS/DB Systems and its Web Services.
- Assisting in assigning user access to the MSO System and related applications.
- Running daily electronic data interchange and nightly reports.
- Supporting data exchange procedures with providers and other external customers.
- Proven 4-7 years of experience in a system administration role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in a computer-related field.
- Three years of server administration or network administration experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Networking Operating Systems and Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of MS-SQL Server database maintenance.
- Experience in Cisco SASE and Cisco Meraki.
- Experience in Nutanix hyperconverged environment.
