About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, operation, and maintenance work on underground and aerial cable systems.
• Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of energy services to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a cable splicing progression program.
• Valid motor vehicle license and ability to obtain or maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Ability to live within 60 minutes of the reporting location for trouble call assignments.
