Carewatch of Michigan is actively seeking reliable and enthusiastic Care Leads to enhance our team. Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Covering open shifts
  • Managing timesheets
  • Delivering supplies to clients
  • Conducting supervisor visits
  • Providing companionship and conversation
  • Assisting with meal preparation
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks
  • Running errands and grocery shopping
  • Assisting with laundry
  • Engaging in recreational activities
  • Providing personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting clients with Alzheimer's care
  • Assisting with mobility, transferring, and positioning
  • Offering medication reminders
  • Conducting training and completing off-site orientations

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to travel within a specified radius
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Flexible availability is essential
  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • Prior experience in senior care is required, whether professional or familial
  • References must be verifiable
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds; capable of performing tasks that involve kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, carrying, or stooping
