Event Service Associate

Isleworth Golf & Country Club is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Event Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set tables according to Isleworth standards, ensuring proper placement, polished glasses, and silverware.

• Maintain the cleanliness of dining rooms, meeting rooms, bars, ballrooms, side stations, and common areas.

• Attend pre-shift meetings to obtain information pertinent to events.

• Ensure service stations are fully stocked, cleaned, and ready for use throughout the shift.

• Use a tray to serve and clear tables efficiently.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding member comments and complaints.

Highlights of the Position:

• Competitive hourly rate of $22.

• No experience necessary, with opportunities for training and development.

• Flexible scheduling, with the ability to choose your shifts.

Requirements:

• Work a minimum of 3 events per month.

• Commit to working at least 1 weekend shift (Friday-Sunday) per month.

• Maintain availability for at least 5 shifts per month.
