About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain office and plant areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, polishing, mopping, and scrubbing.
  • Clean and maintain clean rooms to government and/or required specifications.
  • Strip, wax, and polish floors.
  • Clean and care of carpeted areas.
  • Remove trash and maintain good housekeeping practices.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
  • Ability to work any designated shift, including overnight.
  • Three (3) months custodial experience performing the following custodial work: stripping, waxing, and polishing floors, cleaning and care of carpeted areas.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to the start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.
