Job Overview:

S.W. Collins Company is seeking a dedicated full-time Marketing Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, be adept in essential computer applications, and demonstrate effective communication skills in various formats including in-person, phone, and digital platforms. Our marketing team, though compact, is powerful and adaptable. The specific responsibilities of this position can be tailored to align with the candidate's strengths and the organization's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization of company events for employees, clients, and partners.
  • Capture photos and videos during in-store activities and company events.
  • Oversee business listings on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Bing.
  • Develop and refresh content for digital signage across multiple locations.
  • Create promotional materials for both online and print distribution.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on marketing initiatives.
  • Research and propose ideas for company-branded promotional items.
  • Facilitate employee apparel purchases.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of local career fairs and other outreach events.
  • Support the marketing manager with various tasks and projects as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone.
