We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality facial treatments to our clients, using the latest advancements in skincare technology.

• Provide personalized facial treatments to clients, using a range of techniques and products.
• Conduct consultations with clients to determine their skincare needs and goals.
• Develop and implement customized skincare plans for clients, using a range of products and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve sales and performance goals, through effective upselling and cross-selling of products and services.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Esthetician in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the skincare industry, preferably in a spa or salon setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatments, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
