Key Responsibilities

As a General Manager at our upscale steakhouse, you will oversee the daily operations and lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage staff and ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Monitor and control inventory, purchasing, and costs to optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and development

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000–$90,000 based on experience.

  • 2 weeks of paid vacation annually after 120 days (increasing to 3 weeks at year 3, and 4 weeks at year 7)
