Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist / PT to join our team on a contract assignment. As a Physical Therapist / PT, you will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing personalized treatment plans under the direction of the Physician. Your primary goal will be to set realistic and achievable objectives for your patients, document their progress, and educate them on effective physical therapy methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and interventions.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- A valid state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or active application process for licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
