We are seeking a skilled Laborer/Groundman to join our team at MasTec Inc. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for providing general labor support for aerial and underground construction projects.

• Perform manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites using hand tools.
• Conduct general labor on construction sites, including placement of conduit as directed by Foreman or Supervisor.
• Support with trench digging and closing, as well as the movement of materials and vehicles as directed.
• Conduct maintenance services, including cleanup, washing vehicles, and landscaping.
• Perform all duties according to prescribed safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment.

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for the project build process.
• Climbing certification or related experience.
• Practical working experience in overhead construction for both RF and Fiber.
• Knowledge of Overhead Bill of Materials and City, County, and State clearance code knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of Network architecture and design for both RF and Fiber networks.
• Flagger Certified for field work as needed.
