We are seeking a seasoned Medical Director to join our team at a top-ranked cancer center in North Carolina. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for leading our hematology/oncology department and providing exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hematology and oncology, with a proven track record of success in managing complex cases and leading high-performing teams. You will work closely with our medical director to develop and implement strategies that drive excellence in patient outcomes, quality of care, and operational efficiency.

About the Opportunity
- Lead a team of hematologists and oncologists in providing exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with our medical director to drive excellence in all aspects of our cancer program
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements
- MD/DO degree and board certification in hematology and oncology
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in hematology and oncology
- Strong clinical and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
