  • Assist in leading and managing the accounting and finance department.

  • Prepare all quarterly board meeting packages.

  • Arrange for audits of company accounts.
  • Apply depreciation rates to capital assets.
  • Advise management about insurance coverage for protection against potential liabilities.
  • Establish and maintain contacts with stockholders, financial institutions, and the investment community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5-7 years of experience; experience in public accounting and/or Utility industry a plus.
