About Our Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about quality and productivity. You will be responsible for setting up cartons for packing product, counting and inspecting product to ensure it meets quality standards, and making minor adjustments to forming machines to maintain quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Product Preparation: Set up cartons for packing product and count and inspect product to ensure it is not damaged or flawed prior to packing.
- Maintenance and Quality Control: Make minor adjustments to forming machines to maintain quality and productivity, perform basic quality control checks, and prepare product for inventory and shipping.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Machine Operator/Equipment Owner to ensure smooth production and communicate effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining good housekeeping around forming machine and packing line, and assisting the Machine Operator/Equipment Owner when needed.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
