• Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
