Role Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Restaurant Server to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Your primary objective will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverages to patrons in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Assist guests in making informed food and beverage selections.
  • Present ordered items promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a pleasant dining atmosphere with an enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Prepare dining areas by setting tables with appropriate decor, condiments, and utensils.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Guide patrons in selecting food and beverages by suggesting menu items and explaining chef specialties.
  • Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar, noting any special dietary needs or requests.
  • Keep kitchen staff updated on the timing of meal progression.
  • Deliver orders from the kitchen and bar, ensuring all accompaniments are included.
  • Address additional patron needs by observing dining activities and inquiring about their experience.
  • Maintain table settings by clearing completed courses and replenishing utensils and beverages.
  • Conclude the dining experience by thanking guests and inviting them to return.
  • Process payments by totaling charges, issuing bills, and returning change or receipts to patrons.
