We are seeking an Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at Saulsbury Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for managing engineering project electronic file structures, tracking and scheduling procured client and vendor documentation, and maintaining efficient workflows.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of related experience and a strong understanding of document control systems. They will also be able to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
Responsibilities
* Manage engineering project electronic file structures received from clients and vendors
* Track and schedule procured client and vendor documentation
* Maintain efficient workflows through internal review phases
* Identify delays or issues that interfere with workflow processes and report to supervisor
Requirements
* One to three years of related experience in document management or a related field
* Strong understanding of document control systems
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly
