At Enterprise Holdings, we're committed to providing our interns with a comprehensive training program that equips them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in financial management. As an Accounting Intern, you'll be exposed to a wide range of accounting procedures and principles, from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement preparation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis
  • Work closely with rental branches and other departments
  • Review analytics and Key Performance Indicators of business
  • Assist accounting managers with reports and other tasks
  • Involved with A/P & A/R functions, cash receipts, and accounting schedules and reconciliations
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be an Accounting or Finance major graduating by December 2025 or May 2026
  • Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
  • Must be available to work a Full-Time 40 hour schedule during the Summer Internship
