We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Real Estate Operations Supervisor. Compensation: $48,000 - $80,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team schedules, events, and travel arrangements
- Create and update new MLS listings while supporting marketing initiatives
- Monitor office expenditures, manage the monthly budget, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist other real estate departments as required
- Oversee junior administrative staff and uphold office standards
- Work with escrow and sales agents to compile necessary closing documentation
- Ensure accurate entry of all properties into the closing system
- Manage various elements of the real estate transaction process
- Educate Real Estate Agents on tools and technology
- Supervise Lead Distribution to Team Agents
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or comparable software
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Real estate license is advantageous
- At least 2 years of experience in office management or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in Residential Real Estate is beneficial
- Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities
- Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online applications
- Team-oriented individual dedicated to collective success
- Effective in managing and training others
- Committed to ongoing learning and professional development
