Cedar Stars Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boys Soccer Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our elite youth soccer players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that align with the Cedar Stars Academy vision and values.
- Coach and develop elite players, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with the Sports Science and Performance department to create personalized fitness programs and dietary plans for players.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular feedback on player performance.
- Consult with the Academy Director and CSA North Zone 1 Director to ensure alignment with the club's goals and objectives.
- Identify and report talent in the age category to the Scouting Department.
- Participate in Talent ID Events, PDP/Camps, and other coaching activities as instructed.
Requirements:
- USSF C license or equivalent coaching qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of coaching experience in professional youth soccer.
- Proven knowledge of the American soccer system.
- Experience in developing young athletes at elite level.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good team player.
