As a key member of our athletic department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including recruiting, scheduling, competition preparation, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive basketball program that aligns with the college's mission and values.
  • Recruit and retain top student-athletes who embody the college's values of sportsmanship, personal integrity, and physical and emotional well-being.
  • Plan and execute practice and competition strategies that promote a supportive and competitive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all league, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with alumni, community leaders, and other stakeholders to promote the college's athletic programs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 year of coaching experience or playing experience at the collegiate level.
