We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at G-III LEATHER FASHIONS. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Meet Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets, staying aware of sales-to-goal status and striving to achieve company sales expectations.
- Provide Quality Customer Service: Maintain a strong customer focus, consistently providing quality customer service and promoting a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
- Ring Customer Transactions: Ring customer transactions, perform register functions, and follow company cash handling policies.
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience and a High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
- Interpersonal and Verbal Communication Skills: Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
- Language Skills: Preference given to candidates that can speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English.
- Competitive Compensation: The pay range for this position is: $16.04 to $17 per hour.
