Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

The Bartels-Langness Group is one of the largest privately owned food retailers in northern Germany. Our continuously growing company, currently with employees, supplies around independent retailers, gas stations, and kiosks. Our strong corporate network also includes famila and MARKANT markets in the north.

Your Tasks:
  • Conducting, monitoring, and documenting quality assurance measures according to HACCP guidelines, as well as legal organic requirements and the IFS standard at the locations of the Bartels-Langness Group
  • Maintaining and revising the company's own quality management system
  • Preparation, execution, and documentation of internal audits and supplier audits
  • Site support in the nationwide deployment area
Your Profile:
  • Completed vocational training and/or studies in the field of food industry (food technologist; ecotrophologist or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience in the food industry
  • Creativity, commitment, communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork experience
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Experience with IFS and organic certifications
  • Independent and self-reliant work
  • Driver's license class B
  • Travel with overnight stays nationwide
