Job Summary

Arrow Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a 2nd shift role. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and perform regular service and PMs on equipment to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Perform requested repairs and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory of repair supplies within designated budget figures.
  • Communication: Notify plant management of any building issues that affect safety or ability to function production.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field or similar preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems; knowledge of programmable controllers and their software; problem-solving using defined methodologies; organization and time management.
