Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate collaboration between manufacturing, production, supply chain, and inventory teams.
  • Oversee the movement and tracking of components throughout the production process to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Coordinate the physical handling of materials through various stages including receiving, inspection, storage, and production.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies in inventory to support supply planning and production objectives.
  • Collaborate with production management to ensure all performance metrics are met.
  • Create and maintain reports to outline operational needs, deliverables, and constraints for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide updates on part status and estimated completion timelines to management.
  • Enhance logistics processes through innovative workflow staging.

  • Assist production teams with work order management as necessary.
  • Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing 20 pounds or more regularly.
  • Must be able to frequently climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop for extended periods.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP/MES systems (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle).
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly the full suite of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Confluence, or SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in handling components within a manufacturing context.
  • Background in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing sectors.
  • APICS certification.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.

Compensation and Benefits:
