Position Overview:
At Regents Point, a HumanGood community, we are seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) to provide exceptional care in our Assisted Living sector.
Key Responsibilities:
As an LVN, you will be entrusted with the nursing responsibilities of our residents, ensuring their well-being while embracing our commitment to Person-Directed Care. Your role will include:
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Collaborating with care partners to develop care plans and monitor team accountability.
- Fostering a rhythm of daily life that enhances resident engagement and satisfaction.
Work Schedule:
This position offers varied shifts, including:
- Morning (7am-3pm)
- Evening (3pm-11pm)
- Night (11pm-7am)
Compensation:
Pay ranges from $33 to $35 per hour, depending on experience, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time LVNs/LPNs.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A current LVN/LPN license (or be in the process of obtaining one within 90 days)
- Current CPR certification
- Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, or post-acute settings is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
