The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of expertise in employment litigation, particularly in defending organizations against PAGA and class action claims, as well as handling discrimination cases. Proficiency in advising employers on matters related to discipline, investigations, leave policies, and wage and hour regulations is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong research and writing capabilities.
This firm provides a comprehensive benefits package and a bonus structure, alongside a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $190,000+. Most notably, the firm promotes a high-quality work environment with low stress levels. The monthly billable hour expectation for this position is reasonable.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation (candidates with 2-4 years may be considered)
