About the Job

We are seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

Our LPN positions offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose when and where you work. You will have the ability to select from a range of shifts and facilities, giving you the freedom to create a schedule that suits your needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care to residents
  • Monitor physical and mental wellbeing of residents and track vital signs
  • Perform intakes of residents and document health concerns and medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts of residents
  • Administer and verify medications
  • Maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Follow and adhere to care plans for residents
  • Help medical staff with orientation and training
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
