About the Role
We're seeking an Asphalt Laborer with 2 seasons of outdoor labor experience to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Familiarity with operation of all types of asphalt paving equipment including rollers, skid steers, and milling heads.
  • Manual labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, and handling small tools.
  • Equipment cleanup and maintenance.
  • Organization of inventory.
  • Assisting in the placement, movement of signs, barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • 2 years of outdoor labor experience.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and the general public.
  • Ability to lift and carry loads within OSHA limits.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
