Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to increase sales and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Assist with replenishing merchandise, store layout, recovery, and general housekeeping of the store
  • Monitor and maintain floor stock and fitting room areas

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with associates at all levels
  • Ability to adapt to new programs and procedures, with a strong desire to learn and grow
