Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Coater Technician to join our team in Columbia, MO. As a Coater Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance on chemical, electronic, industrial, hydraulics, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. You will also conduct basic preventative maintenance duties, troubleshoot systems, and assist with calibrations of process equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing day-to-day production issues, leading operators in the analysis of potential failures, and ensuring process documentation is current and utilized at all times. Key Responsibilities:

* Perform maintenance on chemical, electronic, industrial, hydraulics, pneumatic, and mechanical systems * Conduct basic preventative maintenance duties * Troubleshoot systems * Assist with calibrations of process equipment * Monitor and analyze day-to-day production issues * Lead operators in the analysis of potential failures * Ensure process documentation is current and utilized at all times * Participate in continuous training and follow safety guidelines * Perform operator duties as required * Identify improvement opportunities and initiate implementation * Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts Requirements:

We require a minimum of 1-2 years of industrial maintenance/electronic/electrical experience, or a 2-4-year technical degree in maintenance technology, or 1-year recent vapor coating experience. Additionally, you must be able to work overtime, weekend, or holidays as needed, and work a Full-Time, Overnight shift (12-Hour Rotating Shifts 7:30pm - 7:30am, every other weekend). Work Environment:
