Job Summary
Sure-BioChem Laboratories LLC is a leading provider of analytical testing services. We are seeking an experienced Microbiologist Technician to join our team in ensuring high-quality and accurate testing for various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and laboratory testing methods.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform and/or monitor environmental monitoring, bacterial and fungal plate readings, sub-culturing using aseptic technique, pH testing, and other microbiological methods.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site environmental monitoring, analyze data, and report variances with recommended solutions.
  • Organize and maintain efficient testing workflows, including notification of progress to management, the Quality Unit, and clients.
  • Track, record, and trend out-of-specifications results.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and documentation, adhering to GLPs and cGMPs standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, or Biology; advanced study in Microbiology is highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in biological or microbiological laboratory settings, preferably in an environmental or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Excellent technical skills in microbiological methodologies and problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of cGMP regulations and industry standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
