Assembler I Job Description

At MicroVention, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembler I to join our team. As an Assembler I, you will play a critical role in the assembly and sub-assembly of medical device products in an entry-level position under close supervision from line leaders and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and package medical device products using written and verbal instructions
  • Record data associated with the building of products on build records
  • Meet quality standards and perform within 5% of production standards on 1-3 operations
Requirements:
  • Ability to do small part assembly work using a microscope
  • Basic communication skills to take instructions and provide feedback to supervisors
  • Understanding of basic math and knowledge of measuring techniques
  • Ability to follow company procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in microscope assembly in a medical device industry
  • 0-1 year experience in medical device assembly and packaging
