Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator-Extrusion Specialist to join our team at Mitsubishi Chemical Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our extrusion lines, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and troubleshoot all grinders to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime
  • Load and unload materials in air and nitrogen ovens, selecting the correct annealing rig and oven cycle for each material
  • Measure and inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Program and adjust lay-line printing devices to ensure accurate labeling
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of required process and quality records
  • Production reporting using barcode systems and access to SOPs, JSAs, Exhibits, and Control Plans on company intranet
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and forklift operation
