Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Steuben Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
• Promote resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Ensure a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams

• Current Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required
• Strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be vaccinated
