AA Inclusion is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Located on a 15-acre peninsula near San Diego, our hotel offers breathtaking views of the bay waters and the city skyline.

• We offer a competitive salary of $21.20 per hour for this full-time position.

This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, adhering to high standards of quality and safety. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel guidelines
• Following a designated sequence of room assignments to ensure efficient workflow
• Cleaning guestroom windows to meet hotel standards
• Replenishing amenities and linens as required
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of cart and linen closets
• Reporting any irregularities or concerns to supervisors
• Notifying supervisors of discrepancies such as vacant rooms
• Turning in lost and found items according to hotel procedures
• Assisting with special cleaning projects and VIP room preparation
• Cleaning spots on walls and carpets
• Refilling cleaning bottles with chemicals according to department guidelines

In addition to these duties, you will also be expected to:

• Promote teamwork and effective communication among colleagues
• Provide excellent guest relations skills when interacting with guests
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner
• Familiarize yourself with the hotel's facilities and services
• Comply with safety regulations and emergency procedures
• Attend hotel meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• Recycle whenever possible and maintain a clean work environment
• Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays
