We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Case Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising Medicare Part A and facilitating managed care programs. Your expertise will ensure that residents receive the highest quality care while meeting federal and state guidelines.
Responsibilities- Supervise Medicare Part A and facilitate managed care programs
- Determine resident eligibility for Medicare and ensure paperwork is completed
- Monitor and coordinate care while residents are in a Medicare stay
To be successful in this role, you must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university and a current active license to practice as an RN in this state. You should also have knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
