Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient call lights and provide assistance as needed
  • Obtain vital signs and provide personal care to patients
  • Transport patients for procedures, transfers, or discharge
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
  • Collaborate with RNs to observe patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant, 6 months experience as a Patient Care Assistant, or completion of a clinical semester in nursing school
  • BCLS certification within one week of hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
