Lead LPN

We are seeking a full-time LPN to join our Nursing Department in Rhinebeck. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor with staffing and scheduling, training new LPNs and Nursing Assistants, and ensuring that medical charts are completed by the end of each shift.

• Assist the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor with staffing and scheduling.
• Train new LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Ensure that medical charts are completed by the end of each shift.
• Identify any issues within the Nursing department and collaborate with the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor to address them.
• Work with other departments to ensure optimal patient care.

• Minimum of one year in nursing.
• Mental Health, Substance Abuse Facility, or Correctional Facility experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate, prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current NYS LPN License.
• CPR required.
