  • Procedure Development: Crafting and refining technical documentation for both existing and new machinery.

  • Standardization: Establishing and enhancing standards such as Process Control Strategies and Centerline Packages to meet performance objectives.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
  • 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or R&D setting, particularly in consumer products.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to support our 24-hour operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities to guide others in Process & Equipment Standards and Operational Excellence.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
