As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency within our manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and Resolving Inefficiencies: Analyzing processes to pinpoint losses and implementing effective solutions.
- Procedure Development: Crafting and refining technical documentation for both existing and new machinery.
- Collaboration: Working alongside technical specialists and cross-functional teams to devise optimal solutions.
- Training Programs: Designing educational initiatives to mentor and develop technicians.
- Standardization: Establishing and enhancing standards such as Process Control Strategies and Centerline Packages to meet performance objectives.
- Robotics and Automation: Engaging with cutting-edge robotics and automated systems on the manufacturing floor.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Authorization to work for any employer in the US.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or R&D setting, particularly in consumer products.
- Flexibility in work schedule to support our 24-hour operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities to guide others in Process & Equipment Standards and Operational Excellence.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
