The role is expected to have a salary range between $115,000 and $205,000 annually. However, individual qualifications, experience, and market conditions at the time of hire will influence the actual compensation offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software using Java 17 as the primary programming language
  • Collaborate closely with the Strats team to build pricing and risk solutions
  • Directly work with Rates and Credit business front office sales and trading teams
  • Provide level 3 support to the operation team and users as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on development experience with Java, particularly with Java 17
  • Experience working in the pricing and risk domain within investment banking
  • In-depth knowledge of Rates and Credit products
  • Fundamental Computer Science knowledge, including Concurrency, Algorithms, and data structures
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative and roll up sleeves to accomplish tasks
  • Scrum/agile methodology experience
  • Evidence of delivering applications from inception to production
  • Extensive experience with test-driven development
  • Knowledge of CI/CD on large complex systems
