Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Hermitage Hall, a leading psychiatric residential treatment hospital in Middle Tennessee. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic services to our residents, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to assigned residents, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Master's degree in a social services field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with emotionally disturbed individuals, preferably in a residential setting.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, community reintegration, family therapy, and family education.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licensed or license-eligible by the State of Tennessee in the mental health field.
